I’m so happy I found this beautiful lady Fatma…She’s so nice…You feel so at home with her…I’ve booked her for six more sessions…

I had the Ultimate Restore and Rejuvenate treatment with Fatme last week and it was honestly amazing. I'd been searching for a good local massage place for ages and stumbling across Inner Balance was a real find — an absolute godsend.

Fatme's skill and attention to detail made all the difference. I walked in stressed and walked out feeling like a completely different person — it genuinely saved me. The space is calming, the treatment itself was spot on, and I felt properly looked after from start to finish.

I'll definitely be making this a regular thing, and I'd recommend Inner Balance and Fatme to anyone looking for a truly good massage.

I had a great experience here with Fatma. I learnt a lot about my body and reasons why certain areas were painful for me. Got advice on some after care too. It is different to any other massage place I've been which have been nice and relaxing in the moment, but for this I felt was a treatment for my various aches and pains, informative as well as relaxing, for long term care too. Fatima is the best targeted massage I have ever had in my entire life. I initially went thinking I needed a gentle postnatal massage, but upon identifying various points of pain in my back, ankle and wrist, the massage became almost like a physiotherapy session combined with relaxation, and also just a lovely conversation with Fatima.

What a lovely person and lovely energy she has. Fatima comes from a physiotherapy background and you can really tell she knows what she’s doing by how she relieves pain. I was so delighted and surprised that she used the time to focus on what I actually needed rather than what I thought I needed.

I also loved that it’s a women’s sanctuary. The space felt so cozy, beautiful and tranquil. I highly recommend this place for any woman that is looking for a genuine connection with a therapist as well as pain relief and any other massage treatments you might need.
